Zhejiang Ninghai Fangyuan Stationery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (Ninghai Fangxing Mould and Plastic Plant) founded in the year 2002 is located in the B5-B6 office buildings in Ninghai Mould City in the city of Ningbo. At present, the plant covers an area of 2000 ㎡ with its staff of 150 members including 40 mould workers and 110 injection molding workers. Through long-term experimentation, NFSMCL has accumulated a series of advanced and standard manufacturing technics. At the same time, the company attracts a host of excellent technological talents and has gradually introduced advanced facilities both home and abroad which are plastic facilities including 22 sets of injection molding machines imported from Hong Kong 2 sets of which are double-colored and mould equipments consisting of one set of computerized three-dimensional measuring machine, 2 sets of CMC processing centers with large, medium and compact types, 4 sets of numerical control discharge wire-cutting machines, 6 sets of electric spark machines, 2 sets of precision surface grinding machines, 2 sets of large-sized drilling machines, 3 sets of numerical control milling machines. Based on the above-mentioned qualifications, NFSMCL has achieved the unification of mould’ and plastic products’ developing, designing and manufacturing, which enables our company to make a great progress in the mould manufacturing abilities.
